  • Li Yuan

    Li Yuan is a university lecturer who became a volunteer storyteller mom out of a love for children's books.For the past ten years, she has told stories in libraries and led workshops for both children and adults. Along the way, she has read extensively and joined many trainings to deepen her understanding of children’s literature. By writing this book, she has taken a step toward creating her own stories—ones rooted in everyday life and touched with Chinese culture.

  • Li Zhuoyin

    Li Zhuoying holds a master's degree in animation from Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts and the Netherlands St. Joost Art Academy. Her picture books, including "How Does the Princess Pick Her Nose" and "Strolling Chicken," have garnered acclaim. "How Does the Princess Pick Her Nose" was recognized at the 2016 Shenzhen Reading Month and received the Silver Prize at the 2017 Huarun Yibao Cup.

  • Sylvia chang

    Translator, who was born and raised in China. Now, she works as a developmental psychology researcher at the University of Toronto. She is an avid bookworm.

  • Vanessa Gomes Pätilä

    Born in Brazil and now a Finnish citizen, Vanessa is passionate about parenting, child development, education, psychology, energy healing, and spirituality. A devoted mother to Samuel and wife to Karri, she brings warmth and insight to everything she does. Vanessa has lived, studied, and worked across multiple fields—from education to finance—on a global scale. In her spare time, she creates social media content and writes books like the one in your hands.

  • Yuri Peron

    Yuri Peron, a Brazilian painter and illustrator, has loved drawing since childhood. After graduating from the Unicamp Arts Institute, he began working professionally, creating works that blend playfulness with deep meaning. Guided by his belief that God creates beauty, Yuri sees art as a way to reflect that beauty. He draws inspiration from people, animals, and the simple joys of life. His work is rooted in two enduring themes: life and hope.
